We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Operational Manager to join our growing team. KEY responsibilities

 

  • Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure the smooth running of operations
  • Assist in the development of operational strategies and plans
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Help manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members as the company expands

Master of Charging

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time dynamic and hands-on MC! MC stands for Master of charging. You fulfil the role of an operator and hub manager. As a hub manager, you oversee the daily operations of our charging hubs in Antwerp. You are responsible for maintaining our hubs, scheduling operators and providing support to operators. The biggest part of your time you will take on the role of an operator in charging electric vehicles (EV’s) throughout the city, ensuring a seamless and efficient service for our customers.

KEY responsibilities

 

Operator (80%):

  • Drive to EV locations and provide fast, efficient charging services using UZE's mobile fast chargers.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to the company's growth.

Hub Management (20%):

  • Maintain and manage charging hubs, ensuring their optimal functioning and cleanliness
  • Schedule and coordinate human resources to meet operational demands.
  • Train student workers to committed MC’s
  • Provide support to operators, addressing any issues or challenges they face in the field
  • Ensure 24/7 availability during the initial stages of the company's growth
  • Identify opportunities for hub expansion and work with the team to establish new hubs as demand grows
  • Communicate with customers and offer exceptional service, answering any questions or concerns they may have

  • Planning and organising events, both internal and external.
  • Monitoring the mailbox and responding to incoming emails.
  • Writing files and reports.
  • Planning and organising business trips, booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Monitoring daily accounting using accounting software.
  • Placing orders and monitoring deliveries.
  • Setting up and maintaining administrative tools and processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong skills in administrative software and tools (MS Office, accounting software, etc.).

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluently Dutch and English. French, Spanish or German are a plus.
